Terms and conditions governing your use of StartXSport LLC services

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website startxsport.com and the ticket and VIP hospitality booking services provided by StartXSport LLC (“StartXSport”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By placing an order, submitting an enquiry or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services
StartXSport acts as a premium ticket and hospitality broker, sourcing official tickets and VIP box packages for sporting events including, but not limited to, Premier League football, Six Nations rugby, Wimbledon, UFC and ATP/WTA tennis. We work with licensed suppliers and venue partners. Availability, pricing and package inclusions are subject to change until your booking is confirmed in writing.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Enquiries and quotations
Prices displayed on our website are indicative and may not reflect final availability. A binding contract is formed only when we send you written order confirmation (by email) and receive cleared payment in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to decline any order before confirmation, for example where tickets are no longer available or where we suspect fraudulent activity.
5. Booking terms
When you confirm a booking with StartXSport, the following terms apply:
- Order confirmation — your booking reference, event details, seat or box location (where allocated), delivery method and total price will be set out in your confirmation email.
- Personal use — tickets and hospitality packages are sold for personal use unless we agree otherwise in writing. Resale in breach of venue or governing body rules may result in cancellation without refund.
- Identity verification — we or our partners may require proof of identity before dispatching tickets or granting venue access.
- Event changes — dates, times, venues and participating teams or athletes may change at the discretion of the event organiser. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
- Substitutions — where equivalent or upgraded alternatives are available, we may offer these in place of the originally booked product, subject to your agreement.
- Third-party terms — attendance at events is also subject to the terms and conditions of the venue, event organiser and governing body. You are responsible for complying with those rules.
6. Pricing and payment
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise. Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made by the method specified at checkout or in your invoice. We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal as indicated on our website. Title to tickets and hospitality passes passes to you only upon full payment and successful delivery or collection arrangements.
7. Delivery and fulfilment
Tickets may be delivered electronically, by courier or made available for collection at the venue, depending on the event and supplier requirements. Delivery timeframes vary; estimated dates will be communicated in your order confirmation. You are responsible for providing a valid delivery address and ensuring someone is available to receive physical deliveries. Risk passes to you upon delivery or first attempted delivery.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund rights are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Due to the nature of live events and limited availability, standard consumer cancellation rights may not apply once a booking is confirmed. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
9. Event cancellation or postponement
If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, we will work with our suppliers to secure a refund or credit in accordance with our Refund Policy and supplier terms. If an event is postponed, your tickets will typically remain valid for the rescheduled date. We are not liable for ancillary costs you may incur (such as travel or accommodation) in the event of cancellation or postponement.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Subject to the above, StartXSport shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss, including loss of profit, enjoyment or opportunity. Our total aggregate liability arising from or in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that booking.
We are not responsible for acts or omissions of event organisers, venues, transport providers or other third parties beyond our reasonable control.
11. Intellectual property
All content on startxsport.com, including text, graphics, logos and images, is owned by or licensed to StartXSport LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.
12. Website use
You agree not to misuse our website, including by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping content without permission or using automated systems to place orders in a manner that disrupts our services. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe a breach has occurred.
13. Privacy and cookies
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies is explained in our Cookie Policy. By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read those policies.
14. Complaints

15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, without prejudice to your statutory rights if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes apply to orders placed after publication unless we notify you otherwise. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
